Hello, I am Dr. Sarah Chung. My interest in dentistry began in my teenage years, after undergoing multiple tooth extractions and several years of orthodontic treatment that completely transformed my smile.Throughout that journey, I was inspired by the gentle, attentive care I received from my general dentist and orthodontist—which sparked my passion for pursuing a career in dentistry.
I grew up in New York as the daughter of a Korean immigrant family, where I learned the value of patience and perseverance in overcoming countless challenges with strength and determination. New York City is where I met my husband of nine years and earned my DDS degree.
While I loved the hustle and bustle of New York City, my husband and I decided that Texas would be a great place to start both my career and our family. It’s been five years since we moved to Dallas, and while I’m still adjusting to the weather, I’ve come to enjoy the more relaxed pace of life here.
As a general dentist, my goal is to provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care that promotes lifelong oral health and confident smiles. I strive to offer compassionate, personalized treatment—just as I received as a patient years ago—tailored to each person’s unique needs and Goals. Outside the dental office, I’ve had the privilege of participating in several mission trips to provide dental care to underserved communities—an experience that continues to shape and inspire my approach to dentistry. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, traveling to new cities, and tending to my small garden.
